Reservations

Can I make a reservation on the day I want the room?

Reservations can be made by phone or via the internet. Since there is the possibility we are fully occupied on the day, please make a reservation after confirming the availability by telephone or internet in advance.

Can a person other than the guest make a reservation?

A person other than the guest can make a reservation on behalf of the guest.
While making a reservation via the website, in the guest information, for the name of the guest please enter the name of the guest who will check in to the room.
If you need to change the name of the guest, please change via the page to check, change or cancel reservations.

Can I make reservation for more than two people?

In “Condition Search” on the accommodations reservation page, please specify desired number of guests and rooms.
For example, if you want to make a reservation for 4 people in 2 twin rooms, set a search condition of 2 guests per room and 2 available rooms.
The types of rooms available for 2 people will be displayed.
Note that you can only make collective reservations for the same type of room.
If you want to make reservations for different types of rooms (single/twin etc.), please make individual reservations for each room type.

How many months in advance can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations up to about 12 months in advance including the month in which the stay will occur.
Please understand that the reservation acceptance period may differ depending on the plan selected and there may be dates when rooms are unavailable.

Do you have a waiting list?

We do not provide a waiting list for reservations.

Can I book only minors as a guest?

Minors below middle school age are not allowed to stay in a room without a guardian accompanying them.
In addition, for minors above high school age, consent of a guardian is required.
Please inquire with the hotel by phone or via the Contact Us page.

Can you issue a receipt?

Receipts are issued upon checkout for guests who paid directly at the hotel.
If there is request regarding the address of the receipt, please tell us during check in.
If you would like a receipt to be reissued, please inquire directly with the hotel.

Can I change the guest name or arrival time entered at the time of the reservation?

Yes, you can change a reservation via the page to check, change or cancel reservations.

Can I check my reservation?

A reservation confirmation email is sent when you make a reservation.
You can also check the reservation status on the page to check, change or cancel reservations.

Pricing

How many days in advance from the reservation date will a cancellation charge occur?

A cancellation fee will be charged based on the hotel’s terms and conditions.
Previous day: 20% of room charge
On the day: 80% of the room charge
No-show: 100% of the room charge
However, if you make a reservation via the internet, the cancellation policy may differ depending on some plans. Please note that the cancellation policy is described in the plan explanation and reservation confirmation e-mail.

Is there an extended stay fee?

Regarding the extension fee.
Fee for standard single, executive single or universal room is 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour, for standard twin or executive twin is 2, 000 yen (tax included) per hour. If you check out after 2:00 pm, you will be charged the full amount of the basic accommodation fee (room charge).
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for extension.

How do I pay?

Cash or credit cards are accepted at the time of check-in.

Is the price of the room per person?

Our website displays the price per person and the total price of all guests. The displayed price is the price including tax.
We do not charge a service fee. Please note that accommodations are taxed in Tokyo per accommodation regulations.
Accommodation tax is included in the basic accommodation price.

What time is check in and check out?

Our check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 10:00.

Can I use a credit card?

Can I pay in currency other than Japanese yen?

We only accept payment in Japanese yen.

Breakfast and meals

Do you provide meals?

A light breakfast take-out is available in the bar lounge.
For dinner, please use the nearby restaurants.

Can I bring meals to the room?

Yes, you can bring meals to your room.

Accompanying children

How do I make a reservation with children?

Children who are under elementary school age who sleep in the same room as the parent or guardian will not be included as the number of children. Please only register the the number of adults in this case. One person per bed. If children under elementary school age wish to use a bed alone, please make a reservation as an adult. For elementary school students or older children, please make a reservation as an adult.

Is there a children's fee?

Please note that the room rate is the same as the adult rate for children who wish to sleep in a bed alone.

Do you provide baby beds?

We do not have a baby cot.

Various services

Can you make arrangements for taxi service?

We will arrange them at the front desk.

Does the hotel have a laundry service?

We accept laundry requests at the front desk.
Please inquire with the hotel about when we accept laundry requests and the laundry completion time.
Each room has a price list, laundry form and laundry bag.
Bring laundry you want done to the front desk.
We will charge a laundry fee when the service is completed since the charge varies depending on the type of clothing.
Our hotel also has a laundromat (fee-based).

Is there medicine available?

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, we are unable to provide oral medications or other medical supplies. We can supply bandages, etc. at the front desk.

Can you make arrangements for a massage?

We can arrange for you. Please contact the front desk if you wish to use.

Is there a safety deposit box (safe)?

Safety deposit boxes are available in the rooms.Please note that valuables that do not fit in the safety deposit box will be kept at the front desk. Please feel free to inquire.

Is there a copy service?

We provide a copy service at the front desk for a fee.
Please ask at the front desk for services.

Is there a FAX service?

We provide FAX service at the front desk for a fee.

Room equipment, rental items and Wi-Fi

Can I connect to the Internet?

High-speed wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is avaiable in the rooms.
Please check the SSID and password displayed on the TV screen in the room.
Wired LAN is not available.

Can I rent a DVD player? Can I watch DVDs on the TV in the room?

We do not rent DVD players.
We also restrict external connection to the TV. Please do not bring in playback equipment.

Is there a refrigerator (mini bar)?

Every room is equipped with an empty refrigerator.

What kind of functions are available in the guest room toilet?

Toilets in guest rooms are equipped with a bidet toilet seat.

Is there a trouser presser?

It is available for rent at the front desk.

Is there a rental PC?

We do not provide rental computers.

What kind of rental items are available? Can I make a reservation for such items in advance?

You can find a description of rental items on the Facilities and Services page of our website. We have a limited numbers of rental items available. We take reservations so please contact the front desk.

What is the Video On Demand (VOD) system?

Video on Demand (VOD) is a service that allows you to select and watch your favorite programs at any time from categories such as movies, sports, variety and documentaries.

Is there an ice machine inside the hotel?

An ice machine is available on the first floor of our hotel.

Are there vending machines inside the hotel?

Vending machines are is available on the first floor of our hotel.

Are non-smoking rooms available?

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Can I connect an HDMI terminal to the TV in my room? (Can the TV be connected to an external input?)

External connections are restricted to protect the internal settings of the TV.
Please do not connect equipment brought from outside to the TV in the guest room.

Can I smoke in the guest room or inside the hotel?

We have a smoking area on the first floor.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes. is not permitted in all rooms and on the premises (except smoking areas).

Is there a parking lot?

We have a parking lot for disabled guests at a location 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
If you come by car, please contact us so we can check the parking situation.

Is there a bicycle parking space (for motorcycles or bicycles)?

Please do not bring bicycles to your room.

Should I carry the room card key with me when I go out?

We recommend you carry it with you.

Is there a closing time?

We do not have a closing time, but the entrance is locked from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM for security purposes.
Guests can use their room card key to unlock the entrance.
When checking in during locked time, please use the intercom phone to contact hotel staff.

Can I invite a acquaintance to my room who will not be staying in the room?

We ask that you to refrain from having your guest to enter the rooms, except for hotel guests. Please meet with your guests in the lobby on the first floor.

Can I bring an assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog, etc.)?

Yes. If you have a specific request for room allocation, etc., please tell us.
Your dog’s meals and excrement disposal are your responsibility.

Does the hotel have an email address?
